摘要
高炉煤气利用率是体现高炉操作技术水平的重要指标,也是降低高炉燃料消耗和生产成本的主要途径之一。本文结合武钢8高炉的实际情况,对影响煤气利用率的原因进行分析,并从原燃料管理、布料制度、送风制度、用料结构、炉型管理几个方面进行综合调节,使煤气利用率从48.1%逐步提高到49.9%,燃料比从503.9 kg/t下降至495.9 kg/t,取得了较好的经济技术指标。
The utilization rate of blast furnace gas is an important indicator that reflects the level of blast furnace operation technology,and is also one of the main ways to reduce blast furnace fuel consumption and production costs.This article analyzes the reasons that affect the gas utilization rate based on the actual situation of the No.8 blast furnace in WISCO,Comprehensive adjustments are made from several aspects such as raw fuel management,distribution system,air supply system,material structure,and furnace type management,gradually increasing the gas utilization rate from 48.1% to 49.9% and reducing the fuel ratio from 503.9 kg/t to 495.9 kg/t,achieving good economic and technical indicators.
