摘要
目的探究预防性多模式医院感染控制策略对医院感染的控制效果。方法研究开展时间为2023年1—10月,从2023年6月开始在我院院感管理工作中实施预防性多模式医院感染控制策略,评价实施前后16名护理人员对院感控制知识掌握程度及护理质量,并分别于实施前后从我院住院患者中随机各抽取50例患者,将实施前收录数据定义为对照组,将实施后收录数据定义为观察组,统计医院感染发生率。结果观察组护理人员对院感控制知识掌握程度评分、护理质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组医院感染发生率低于对照组,且空气质量监测合格率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论医院感染管理工作中实施预防性多模式医院感染控制策略,对于提升护理人员医院感染控制知识掌握程度、提高护理质量、降低医院感染发生率的作用显著。
Objective To explore the control effect of preventive multi-mode hospital infection control strategy on hospital infection.Methods The study was carried out from January 2023 to October 2023.From June 2023,the preventive multi-mode hospital infection control strategy was implemented in the hospital infection management work in our hospital,and the knowledge and nursing quality of 16 nurses before and after the implementation were evaluated.A total of 50 patients were randomly selected from the inpatients in our hospital before and after the implementation,the data collected before implementation is defined as the control group,the data collected after implementation is defined as the observation group,and the incidence of hospital infection was counted.Results The score of nursing staff's knowledge mastery of hospital infection control and the score of nursing quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of hospital infection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the air quality monitoring pass rate was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of preventive multi-mode hospital infection control strategy in hospital infection management plays a significant role in improving nurses'knowledge of hospital infection control,improving nursing quality and reducing the incidence of hospital infection.
