CPRS阻垢技术在工作面乳化液供液系统的应用

摘要 针对采煤工作面乳化液供液系统易结水垢进而堵塞工作面用液设备导致液压支架初撑力不足的问题,提出将CPRS阻垢设备串联于井下乳化液供液系统中,在宁夏煤业双马煤矿进行应用。结果表明:安装CPRS装置于供液箱和乳化泵吸液管路的管道泵之后可节约乳化油及生产用水用量,提升滤芯及水处理设备使用寿命,且原管线和设备内壁的旧垢逐步被溶解、软化并脱落,直接经济效益较为明显,为提升煤矿乳化液系统清洁度具有重要现实意义。 In response to the problem of water scale formation in the emulsion supply system of the coal working face,which can block the liquid equipment of the working face and cause insufficient initial support force of the hydraulic support,it is proposed to apply the CPRS scale inhibition equipment in series with the underground emulsion supply system in Shuangma Coal Mine,Ningxia Coal Industry.The results showed that installing the CPRS device on the pipeline pump of the supply tank and emulsion pump suction pipeline could save the amount of emulsified oil and production water,improve the service life of the filter element and water treatment equipment,and gradually dissolve,soften,and peel off the old scale on the original pipeline and equipment inner wall.The direct economic benefits are more obvious,which is of great practical significance for improving the cleanliness of the coal mine emulsion system.
