摘要
目的 探究脊柱脊髓损伤伴有神经源性膀胱功能障碍患者采取系统性康复护理方法的效果。方法 随机选取2021年6月—2023年6月济南市历城区中医院收治的80例脊柱脊髓损伤伴有神经源性膀胱功能障碍患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组40例。对照组行常规护理,观察组行系统性康复护理。对比两组膀胱功能、并发症和满意度。结果 两组膀胱功能在护理前对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组的膀胱容量(347.64±15.82)mL、最大排尿量(224.64±11.37)mL均优于对照组的(297.45±16.82)、(167.45±10.84)mL,差异有统计学意义(t=13.747、23.024,P均<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 脊柱脊髓损伤伴神经源性膀胱功能障碍患者通过系统性康复护理能够改善膀胱功能,降低并发症发生风险,具有更高的护理满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of systematic rehabilitation nursing for patients with spinal cord injury accompanied by neurogenic bladder dysfunction.Methods Eighty patients with spinal cord injury accompanied by neurogenic bladder dysfunction admitted to Jinan Licheng District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021to June 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with forty cases in each group.Control group with routine nursing,observation group with systematic rehabilitation nursing.Bladder function,complications and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in bladder function between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,the bladder volume was(347.64±15.82) mL and the maximum urine volume was(224.64±11.37) mL in the observation group were better than was(297.45±16.82) and(167.45±10.84) mL in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=13.747,23.024,both P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with spinal cord injury associated with neurogenic bladder dysfunction can improve bladder function,reduce the risk of complications and have higher nursing satisfaction through systematic rehabilitation nursing.
