摘要
发电机的温度场分析往往需要进行大量的数据运算和处理,或通过大量试验数据进行反复验证,随着科学技术的不断发展,Fluent等流体力学软件使得这项工作变得越来越简便,但使用专业CFD软件进行发电机温度场求解时,网格划分及参数优化过程耗时,不利于发电机初始方案的确定。本文基于热网络法,采用Motor-CAD软件计算发电机温升,可以大大减少开发周期,节省计算资源。
The temperature field analysis of generators often requires a lot of data calculation and processing,or repeated verification through a large number of test data.With the continuous development of science and technology,fluid mechanics software such as Fluent makes this work more and more convenient However,when using professional CFD software to solve the temperature field of the generator,the grid division and parameter optimization process are time-consuming,which is not conducive to the determination of the initial plan of the generator.Based on the thermal network method,this paper uses Motor-CAD software to calculate the temperature rise of the generator,which can greatly shorten the development cycle and save computing resources.
