摘要
单绳缠绕式煤矿提升机具有较强的适应性,在煤矿开采中具有广泛的应用,不同的运行状态及变化对主轴装置的承载具有较高的要求。采用ANSYS有限元模拟的形式对三种典型工况下主轴装置的应力变化进行分析,结果表明,主轴装置的最大应力随着钢丝绳缠绕层数地增加而增加,主轴装置的承载性能满足系统的使用需求。
Single-rope winding coal mine hoist has strong adaptability and is widely used in coal mining,and different operating conditions and changes have high requirements on the load bearing of spindle device.ANSYS finite element simulation is used to analyse the stress changes of the spindle device under three typical working conditions,and the results show that the maximum stress of the spindle device increases with the increase of the number of wire rope winding layers,and the load bearing performance of the spindle device meets the system's use requirements.
