摘要
为解决目前病历扫描设备扫描功能单一、自动化程度不高的问题,运用TRIZ理论相关工具对病历扫描设备进行改进与优化设计。分析病历扫描设备工作过程中存在的问题,将问题转化为TRIZ理论中的通用参数,利用TRIZ理论中的矛盾冲突解决原理和物-场分析模型得出解决问题的标准解。依据实际设计经验,将标准解与病历扫描仪实际相结合,得到全自动智能病历扫描仪结构的具体设计方案,进而利用SolidWorks Motion对扫描仪的部分结构进行仿真分析。结果表明:该全自动智能病历扫描仪可实现扫描过程的全流程自动化,设定翻页结构的凸轮角速度为20 rad/min,可以进行20次/min的病历扫描操作,吸盘的抬升高度为40 mm,预留了充足空间,避免翻页和扫描过程中对病历纸张造成损伤,能满足病历扫描设备的工作要求。
In order to solve the problem of single scanning function and low degree of automation of medical record scanning equipment,TRIZ theory related tools are used to improve and optimize the design of medical record scanning equipment.According to the principle of resolving contradiction and conflict in TRIZ theory,the innovative design of the clamping module and the page flipping module of the medical record scanner is carried out to solve the existing contradiction and conflict in the system.The "substance-field model" of the base of the medical record scanner is studied,and the deficiencies of the "substance-field model" of the existing scanning devices are analyzed.Referring to the standard solution of the substance-field model analysis,the specific design method of the base is determined,enabling the medical record scanner to achieve full-process automation.Finally,the designed medical record scanner is modeled and assembled using the 3D modeling software SolidWorks,and the page flipping structure is analyzed using SolidWorks Motion.The analysis shows that the structure can achieve the function of automatic page flipping,improve efficiency and automation level,and preliminarily validate the rationality of the scanner design.The medical record scanner has a high space utilization rate and a relatively high level of automation,providing a feasible approach for further design of medical record scanning devices.
