摘要
近年来,高校毕业生就业问题备受关注,“就业难”“史上最难就业季”屡被提及。文章通过分析应用型本科金融专业毕业生的就业现状与成因,提出从强化专业认知和职业生涯规划教育、改进专业课程设置和更新教学内容、加强金融专业学生的就业心理辅导、强化与家长的沟通四个方面解决应用型本科金融专业毕业生就业难问题。
In recent years,the issue of employment for college graduates has received much attention,with"difficult employment"and"the most difficult employment season in history"repeatedly mentioned.The article analyzes the current employment situation and causes of applied undergraduate finance graduates,and proposes four paths to solve the employment difficulties of applied undergraduate finance graduates:strengthening professional awareness and career planning education,improving professional curriculum and updating teaching content,strengthening employment psychological counseling for financial students,and strengthening communication with parents.
