摘要
当前,人工智能技术飞速发展,正加速兴起新一轮的产业变革浪潮。在此背景下,高职院校学生就业迎来了前所未有的挑战,“慢就业”现象更加凸显。如何借助人工智能实现“慢就业”破局、改变就业形势,成为高职院校密切关注的话题。文章以广西地区高职院校为研究对象,分析高职院校学生“慢就业”现状,阐述人工智能视域下高职院校学生“慢就业”带来的积极影响和消极影响,并设计出“人工智能+就业氛围”“人工智能+就业服务”“人工智能+就业技能”三位一体模式,从而助力高职院校学生以人工智能为引擎,开启光明的就业前景。
Currently,the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology is accelerating a new wave of industrial transformation.In this context,the employment of vocational college students has faced unprecedented challenges,and the phenomenon of"slow employment"has become more prominent.How to use artificial intelligence to break through slow employment and change the employment situation has become a topic of close concern for the entire vocational college.The article will take vocational colleges in Guangxi as the research object,analyze the current situation of"slow employment"of vocational college students,explain the positive and negative effects of"slow employment"of vocational college students from the perspective of artificial intelligence,and design a three in one model of"artificial intelligence+employment atmosphere","artificial intelligence+employment services",and"artificial intelligence+employment skills"to help vocational college students use artificial intelligence as the engine to open up bright employment prospects.
