随着研学旅行在全球教育领域的兴起,其对于能够进行综合管理和提供优质服务的复合型人才的需求日益增长。文章深入探讨了研学旅行中管理与服务的核心要素,明确了管理与服务复合型人才在研学旅行中的关键作用,提出实践导向的教育理念、跨学科模块化课程体系、加强实践教学和完善师资队伍等策略,旨在培养出符合未来研学旅行领域需求的复合型人才。
With the rise of study tours in the global education field,the demand for versatile talents who can perform comprehensive management and provide high-quality services is increasing.This article delves into the core elements of management and service in research travel,clarifies the key role of composite talents in management and service in research travel,proposes practical oriented educational concepts,interdisciplinary modular curriculum systems,strengthened practical teaching,and improved teaching staff,aiming to cultivate composite talents that meet the needs of future research travel fields.
