磷酸尾洗风机防腐蚀研究与应用

摘要 研究在磷酸尾洗风机叶轮上应用乙烯-三氟氯乙烯共聚物(Ethylene-Chlorotrifluoroethylene Copolymer,ECTFE)和聚四氟乙烯(Polytetrafluoroethene,PTFE)涂层的效果。分析涂层在冲蚀过程中的质量变化情况,发现ECTFE涂层相对于PTFE涂层具有更好的耐冲蚀性能。在相同的冲蚀时间下,PTFE涂层的损失质量明显高于ECTFE涂层,表明PTFE涂层受到了更严重的冲蚀磨损。因此,ECTFE涂层更适合应用于磷化工引风机叶轮等对冲蚀磨损要求较高的领域。 This paper studies the effect of applying ethylene-chlorotrifluoroethylene copolymer(ECTFE)and polytetrafluoroethene(PTFE)coatings on the impeller of phosphoric acid tail washing fan.By analysing the quality change of the coating during the erosion process,it is found that the ECTFE coating has better erosion resistance compared with the PTFE coating.The weight loss of the PTFE coating was significantly greater than that of the ECTFE coating for the same erosion time,indicating that the PTFE coating was subjected to more severe erosive wear.Therefore,ECTFE coatings are more suitable for use in applications such as phosphorus chemical induced draft fan impellers,which require higher erosive wear.
