摘要
近年来新发、突发传染病不断出现,严重威胁人类健康,影响社会稳定和经济发展。2020—2022年期间我国在有效应对新型冠状病毒感染疫情的同时,也暴露出公共卫生体系在疫情监测、早期预警等方面尚存在一些薄弱环节。本文分析了安徽省突发急性传染病流行与防控现状,从防控规划、应急预案、监测预警、风险评估、病原体检测等方面对全省突发急性传染病防控体系进行系统梳理,分别从联防联控体系建设、入境口岸疫情防控、多点触发监测预警、风险评估与疫情处置、多病原体监测体系构建、传染病源头治理、疫苗及药物开发、科研攻关与成果转化8个方面提出突发急性传染病疫情防控策略展望,以期为我国突发急性传染病防控提供参考。
In recent years,new and unexpected infectious diseases have emerged continuously,posing a serious threat to human health and affecting social stability and economic development.During the period from 2020 to 2022,China's successful response to the SARS-CoV-2 infection outbreak also exposed some weaknesses in the public health system in terms of outbreak monitoring,early warning and other aspects.This paper analyzes the current situation of epidemic and control of sudden acute infectious diseases in Anhui Province,systematically sorted out the prevention and control system of sudden acute infectious diseases in Anhui province from the aspects of prevention and control planning,emergency plan,monitoring and early warning,risk assessment,pathogen detection and other aspects.The strategies for the prevention and control of sudden acute infectious diseases were proposed from eight aspects,namely,the construction of a joint prevention and control system,the prevention and control of epidemic situations at ports of entry,multi-point trigger monitoring and early warning,risk assessment and epidemic response,the construction of a multi-pathogen surveillance system,the control of the source of infectious diseases,the development of vaccines and drugs,and the key research and achievement transformation,so as to provide references for the prevention and control of sudden acute infectious diseases in China.

吴家兵,一级主任医师,硕士生导师,第一届安徽省公共卫生首席专家,《安徽预防医学杂志》主编,国家卫生应急队伍建设管理指导专家,安徽省突发急性传染病防控队队长,安徽省预防医学会副会长,安徽省性病艾滋病防治协会副会长,长期从事急性传染病防治、突发公共卫生事件处理和自然灾害救灾防病工作,主持和参与国家及省级科研项目7项,获发明专利3项,以第一作者或通信作者发表论文83篇,其中SCI论文9篇,主编参编专著6部,参与编制安徽省地方标准1项,荣获中华预防医学会科学技术奖二等奖、安徽省科学技术奖二等奖、安徽省抗击新冠肺炎疫情先进个人、安徽省第七届省直机关十大杰出青年等荣誉。E-mail:wjb0386@126.com。
