摘要
目的探究腰椎间盘突出症治疗采用针刺与中药汤剂取得的效果。方法选取2022年9月至2023年8月红谷滩九龙湖社区卫生服务中心的80例腰椎间盘突出症患者,以随机数字表法分组,组别命名为对照组、研究组,每组各40例。对照组予以针刺治疗,研究组在针刺基础上使用中药汤剂治疗。比较两组治疗总有效率、中医证候积分、腰椎功能、疼痛程度、生活质量。结果与对照组比较,研究组的临床治疗总有效率、日本骨科协会评估治疗评分(JOA)、生活质量自评量表(SF-36)得分更高,疼痛、僵硬、活动受限严重程度中医症候积分及视觉模拟评分法(VAS)更低(均P<0.05)。结论针刺与中药汤剂用于治疗腰椎间盘突出症可以减轻症状、疼痛,提高生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture and TCM decoction in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 80 patients with lumbar disc herniation in Honggutan Jiulong Lake Community Health Service Center from September 2022 to August 2023 were selected and divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received acupuncture treatment,and the study group used TCM decoction based on the acupuncture.Compare efficacy,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome integral,the lumbar spine function,the degree of pain,the quality of life between two groups of treatments.Results Compared with the control group,the study group had higher overall treatment efficacy,Japanese Orthopedic Association Assessment Treatment Score(JOA),and SF-36 scores,but lower severity of pain,stiffness,and limited mobility in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,Visual Analog Scale(VAS)(all P<0.05).Conclusions Acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine decoction are effective in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.
