摘要
“百城千业万企对标达标提升专项行动”(以下简称“百千万专项行动”)由国家标准委会同国家发改委、工信部等十部委联合启动,旨在充分发挥标准化助力质量提升的基础性、引领性和战略性作用。本文通过研究四川试点城市参与“百千万专项行动”的开展情况,针对存在的问题分析原因并提出建议,为市场监管部门下一步指导企业开展该行动提供参考。
The Special Action on Standards Comparison and Compliance,jointly launched by Standardization Administration of China and other 9 national departments including National Development and Reform Commission,and Ministry of Industry and Information Technology,is aimed at exerting the fundamental,guiding,and strategic role of standardization in improving product quality.By studying the situation of pilot cities in Sichuan participating in the special action,this paper points out the existing problems,analyzes the reasons,and puts forward suggestions for market regulatory authorities to further guide enterprises to carry out the action.
