摘要
采用最新的考虑各向异性硬化的解析Poly6-18p屈服准则对AA6014-T4材料的宏观力学演化进行了预测。通过与Yld2000-2d屈服准则进行对比,发现解析Poly6-18p屈服准则能准确预测AA6014-T4材料在不同加载状态下的流动曲线,而只考虑各向同性硬化的Yld2000-2d屈服准则预测的等双拉流动曲线误差较大。将其嵌入到ABAQUS有限元软件中,通过数值仿真模拟了该材料在Nakajima试验中应变场分布的演化规律。结果表明,相比于只考虑了各向同性硬化的Yld2000-2d屈服准则,考虑了各向异性硬化的解析Poly6-18p屈服准则能更加准确地预测Nakajima试验中的应变场分布。
The newest analytical Poly6-18p yield criterion considering anisotropic hardening was used to predict the macroscopic mechanical evolution of AA6014-T4 material.By comparing with Yld2000-2d yield criterion,it is found that the analytical Poly6-18p yield criterion can accurately predict the flow curves of AA6014-T4 material under different loading conditions,while the error of the flow curve under equi-biaxial tension predicted by Yld2000-2d yield criterion considering isotropic hardening is very large.By embedding them into the ABAQUS finite element software,the evolution law of the strain field distribution of the material in the Nakajima test was simulated by numerical simulation.The results show that compared with Yld2000-2d yield criterion considering isotropic hardening,the analytical Poly6-18p yield criterion considering anisotropic hardening can more accurately predict the strain field distribution in Nakajima test.
