摘要
生态保护重要性评价是国土空间开发适宜性评价的核心内容,主要包含生态系统服务功能重要性评价和生态环境脆弱性评价两个方面,通过该评价可以较为全面地掌握不同地区生态环境的特征与问题,是因地制宜开展生态保护和生态修复、制定差异化的国土空间开发战略的基本依据。文章基于生态保护重要性评价,研究白银市各地区生态环境特征,总结不同地区海绵城市建设所面对的核心问题,为因地制宜开展海绵城市差异化建设提供借鉴。
The evaluation on the importance of ecological protection is the core content of the suitability evaluation of territorial spatial development,which mainly includes two aspects of the importance evaluation of ecosystem service functions and the vulnerability evaluation of the ecology.Through this evaluation,we can comprehensively grasp the characteristics and problems of ecological environments in different regions,which serve as the basic basis for carrying out ecological protection and restoration according to local conditions and formulating differentiated territorial spatial development strategies.Based on the evaluation on the importance of ecological protection,this paper studies the ecological environmental characteristics of various regions in Baiyin City,summarizes the core issues in the construction of sponge city in different regions,and provides references and support for carrying out differentiated sponge city construction according to local conditions.
