摘要
宁夏固原市冷凉蔬菜产业作为当地的支柱产业,极大地促进了居民就业,提高了当地农户的收入和种植企业的经济效益。但由于该产业起步晚,品牌意识薄弱,缺少大型示范基地对接目标客户,目前发展进入了瓶颈期。本文聚焦宁夏固原市冷凉蔬菜产业发展面临的困境,对照国内和国外冷凉蔬菜产业发展成功案例,提出了相应的提升路径和措施,以期为宁夏固原市冷凉蔬菜产业的更优更快发展提供现实可行的借鉴。
As a local pillar industry,the cool vegetable industry in Guyuan city,Ningxia has greatly promoted employment for residents,increased the income of local farmers and the economic benefits of planting enterprises.However,due to the late start of the industry,weak brand awareness,and lack of large-scale demonstration bases to connect with target customers,the current development has entered a bottleneck period.This article focuses on the difficulties faced by the development of the cool vegetable industry in Guyuan city,Ningxia,and compares the successful cases of the development of cool vegetable industries at home and abroad,and proposes corresponding improvement paths and measures,in order to provide a realistic and feasible reference for the better and faster development of the cool vegetable industry in Guyuan city,Ningxia.
