摘要
心房颤动(简称“房颤”)是一种常见的心律失常,发病率随年龄增长而逐步升高;其危害在于丧失心房辅助泵功能造成的血流动力学损害及血栓栓塞并发症,给患者带来极大的危害。现代医学对房颤的治疗方式主要包括药物口服和手术,但不良反应多。在中医学中,房颤归属“心悸”“怔忡”等范畴,治疗以益气养阴为主,兼以活血利水。作者通过对近几年房颤的临床资料进行分析总结,发现中医药对房颤的治疗效果较好,且相较西药有安全性高、远期疗效好的优势,值得临床推广。
Atrial fibrillation is a common arrhythmia,and its incidence rate gradually increases with age.Its harm lies in the hemody-namic damage and thromboembolic complications caused by the loss of atrial auxiliary pump function,which brings great harm to pa-tients.The treatment of atrial fibrillation in modern medicine mainly includes drug therapy and surgical treatment,but there are many adverse reactions.In traditional Chinese medicine,atrial fibrillation belongs to the categories of“palpitation”and“severe palpita-tion”.The treatment mainly focuses on supplementing qi and nourishing yin,as well as promoting blood circulation and promoting di-uresis.Through the analysis and summary of the clinical data of the treatment of atrial fibrillation in recent years,it is found that tradi-tional Chinese medicine has a better effect on atrial fibrillation,and has the advantages of high safety and good long-term effect com-pared with Western medicine,which is worth popularizing widely in clinical practice.
