乡村振兴背景下农村小规模学校的内涵发展:框架、困境与路径

摘要 农村小规模学校是当前我国农村义务教育主要的办学形式之一。在乡村振兴战略深入推进背景下,农村小规模学校承载着传承乡村文化、创新乡村发展的重任。因此,审视新时代建设新农村过程中小规模学校内涵发展的内在意蕴,以当前小规模学校存在的诸多困境为突破口,发现变革农村小规模学校的办学理念,提升其课程品质,优化其组织形式,激活其内在动力,提高其教师专业发展水平,重塑其文化特色,是乡村振兴计划的内在诉求,也是当前统筹城乡教育发展的基本要求。 Small-scale rural schools are one of the fundamental forms for compulsory education in China's rural areas today.Under the background of further advancement of the Rural Revitalization strategy,these schools bear significant responsibilities of preserving rural culture and preceding rural innovation.Therefore,it is essential to examine the inner implications of the intrinsic development of small-scale schools in the course of constructing new rural areas in the new era.From a theoretical perspective,tracing the analytical framework for the intrinsic development of small-scale rural schools,and afterwards using the various challenges currently faced by these schools as a breakthrough point,which can lead to discovering new educational philosophies for small-scale rural schools.This involves enhancing the quality of curricula,optimizing organizational form,activating inner motivation,improving the professional development of teachers,and reshaping cultural characteristics.These actions are not only inherent demands of the Rural Revitalization plan but also basic requirements for the current integrated development between urban and rural education.
