摘要
随着油田数字化建设的不断推广,对一线岗位员工和数字化运维人员的数字化技能要求也越来越高。物联网实训平台可为一线员工和数字化专业技术人员提供数字化技能实训,包括数字化系统设备应用、数字化管理系统操作、软件与硬件设备的故障诊断与检修、系统实验与创新等内容,以提高运维人员和操作人员的综合技能,解决员工技能与数字化建设不匹配的问题。
With the continuous promotion of digital construction in oil fields,the requirements for digital skills of frontline employees and digital operation and maintenance personnel are also increasing.The Internet of Things training platform provides digital skills training for frontline employees and digital professional technicians,including digital system equipment application,digital management system operation,software and hardware equipment fault diagnosis and maintenance,system experiments and innovation,etc.,to improve the comprehensive skills of operation and maintenance personnel and operators,and solve the problem of mismatch between employee skills and digital construction.
