复杂地质盾构隧道下穿建筑物关键技术

摘要 选取某工程出入场线盾构段作为研究对象,分析下穿房屋、隧道和高速公路的特点与主要难点。采用土压平衡施工模式进行掘进,实时监测土压值以保障隧道稳定。介绍同步与二次注浆技术与参数,填充土体缺陷和控制地表沉降。进行多点精密监测对房屋与管线实时监测。研究结果显示:同步、二次注浆联合应用可有效解决土压问题,优于单独注浆;多点监测提高监测准确性和系统性。这些关键技术措施为类似工程提供依据,有助于安全施工管理和下穿建筑工程技术优化与应用。 This paper selects the shield section of the access line of a project as the research object,and analyzes the characteristics and main difficulties of tunneling through houses,tunnels and expressways.It uses the earth pressure balance construction mode for excavation,and monitors earth pressure value in real time to ensure the stability of the tunnel.It introduces synchronous and secondary grouting technologies and parameters,fill soil defects and con-trol surface settlement.It conducts multi-point precision monitoring to monitor houses and pipelines in real time.Research results show that the combined application of synchronous and secondary grouting can effectively solve earth pressure problem,which is better than individual grouting,and that multi-point monitoring improves the ac-curacy and systematization of monitoring.These key technical measures provide the basis for similar projects,and contribute to safe construction management and the optimization and application of tunneling construction engi-neering technology.
