摘要
以智慧融合视角为切入点,探索高校图书馆科研数据管理服务价值共创的影响因素,以期为科研数据管理服务优化提供新思路。基于价值共创理论,运用扎根理论研究方法对访谈资料进行编码分析,构建并阐释高校图书馆科研数据管理服务价值共创的影响因素理论模型。识别出科研数据管理服务价值共创的影响因素,并从馆员、用户、技术、平台和环境5个方面阐明影响关系和作用机制。
Adopting an intelligent integration perspective as the starting point,this study examines the factors influencing the value co-creation of research data management services in university libraries.The ob-jective is to present new insights for optimizing research data management services.Based on the theory of val-ue co-creation,the interview data were coded and analyzed using the grounded theory research method,and a theoretical model was constructed and explained to illustrate the influencing factors of value co-creation of re-search data management services in university libraries.The influencing factors of value co-creation of research data management services are identified,and the influencing relationships and mechanisms are eluci-dated from five aspects:librarians,users,technologies,platforms,and environments.
