摘要
培养师范生的数字胜任力,对于塑造新时代的卓越教师,构建高质量的教师队伍,具有深远的意义。然而,当前师范生数字胜任力培育还存在缺乏顶层设计的引领、课程体系不健全、教师教育者教育理念滞后、数字化资源共享共建渠道欠缺等问题,严重制约了师范生数字胜任力培育实效的提升。为此,应完善培养目标,贯彻数字化理念;优化课程设置,提升数字化能力;数字化赋能教师教育者,助推数字胜任力发展;整合数字化资源,支撑数字化“教与学”;数据驱动教学评价,助力数字化学习。
In the era of digital transformation of education,the rapid development of digital technology has injected new vitality into the field of teacher education,promoting the digital reform and upgrading the structure of talent demand.Teacher trainees,in their dual roles as students and future teachers,not only face the challenges of their own digital learning,but also prepare for future digital teaching.Cultivating the digital competence of teacher trainees is of far-reaching significance for shaping excellent teachers in the new era and building a high-quality teaching force.However,the current cultivation of digital competence for teacher educators still has problems such as lack of top-level design,incomplete curriculum system,lagging educational concepts of teacher trainees,and decoupling of channels for sharing and co-construction of digital resources,which seriously restricts the enhancement of the effectiveness of the cultivation of digital competence for teacher educators.To this end,we should improve the training objectives and implement the digital concept;optimize the curriculum to enhance digital competence;digitally empower teacher trainees to promote the development of digital competence;integrate digital resources to support digital teaching and learning;and use data-driven teaching and evaluation to facilitate digital learning.
