基于上下层能量交互的多微网智能配电系统联合优化运行 被引量:2

Joint Optimized Operation of Multi-microgrid Smart Distribution System Based on Upper and Lower Energy Interaction

摘要 针对智能配电网系统中大量微电网接入遇到的安全稳定运行问题,提出了一种基于双层优化策略的多微网智能配电网联合优化模型。底层构建的多微网系统优化模型以发电成本、环境成本,以及多微网与智能配电网之间的功率交换成本在内的总运行成本最小为目标。结合运行成本和净负荷峰谷差,构建上层智能配电系统的优化模型。利用二阶锥松弛法和线性化方法将双层模型分别转化为二阶锥规划和混合整数线性规划问题进行求解,最后通过MATLAB调用Cplex求解器求解模型。选取标准IEEE 33节点配电系统作为算例进行仿真验证。仿真结果显示,该模型在减少智能配电系统和多微网系统的运行成本的同时,减轻了智能配电系统的负荷波动提高了智能配电系统的电能质量。 Aiming at the problem of safe and stable operation of a large number of microgrids in intelligent distri-bution system,a multi-microgrid intelligent distribution network optimization coordination model based on two-layer optimization strategy is proposed.At the bottom layer,an optimization model is constructed to minimize the total operating cost of the multi-microgrid system,including the generation cost,the environment cost and the power exchange cost between the multi-microgrid system and the distribution network.Combined with op-eration cost and net load peak-valley difference,the optimization model of upper intelligent distribution system is constructed.The two-layer model is transformed into second-order cone programming and mixed integer lin-ear programming by second-order cone relaxation method and linearization method.Finally,the Cplex solver is called by MATLAB to solve the model.The standard IEEE 33-node distribution system is seleeted as an ex-ample for simulation verification.The results show that the model not only reduces the operating cost of intelli-gent distribution system and multi-microgrid system,but also reduces the load fluctuation of intelligent distribu-tion system and improves the power quality of intelligent distribution system.
