某飞行指挥仿真系统中故障注入模块的实现

摘要 论文采用软硬件结合的方式,通过对飞行模拟器设备的物理层、电气层、链路层的故障注入,从而实现包含RS232、RS422、ARINC429、模拟量、数字量等多种类型信号的短路、断路、并行阻抗、串行阻抗、信号幅度调节、信号延迟、速率调整等不同命令的注入。经过某飞行指挥仿真系统验证设备的调试验证,实现了对其信号源、执行机构、余度间的故障注入,证明了该故障注入模块能够有效验证某飞行指挥仿真系统的工作与故障处理能力。 In this paper,the combination of software and hardware is used to inject different commands such as short circuit,open circuit,parallel impedance,serial impedance,signal amplitude adjustment,signal delay,rate adjustment and so on,includ⁃ing RS232,RS422,ARINC429,analog quantity,digital quantity and other types of signals,through the fault injection of the physi⁃cal layer,electrical layer and link layer of the flight simulator equipment.After the debugging and verification of a flight command simulation system verification equipment,the fault injection between its signal source,actuator and redundancy is realized,which proves that the fault injection module can effectively verify the work and fault processing capability of a flight command simulation system.
