摘要
采用改进的多交通模式三步移动搜索法(MM3SFCA)可达性评价模型、基尼系数、洛伦兹曲线法和区位熵等方法,分10 min,20 min和30 min出行情景对安徽省寿县乡村义务教育设施空间可达性与均衡性进行分析。结果表明:寿县乡村义务教育学校可达性差异明显,随出行时间增加,小学可达性的差异扩大,初中可达性的差异减少;学校可达性呈现以乡镇政府驻地为中心的集中连片和多点分散相结合的空间特征,小学可达性呈现为县域中部和东南部高、西北部低的空间分布格局,初中可达性相对均衡,为多中心的空间格局;县域乡村义务教育资源空间配置严重不均衡,小学配置优于初中,县域中部和东南部区域优于西北部,均衡性随出行时间增加而提升,小学的均衡性空间格局从多中心向单中心转变,初中的均衡性维持多中心空间分布。
Using the improved multi-mode three-step floating catchment area method(MM3SFCA)accessibility evaluation model,Gini coefficient,Lorentz curve method and location entropy,the study analyzed the spatial accessibility and equity of rural compulsory education facilities in Shouxian County under scenarios of 10minute,20minute,and 30minute travel times.The results show that the accessibility difference of rural compulsory education schools in Shouxian County is obvious,and the accessibility difference of primary schools increases with the increase of travel time,while that of junior middle schools decreases.The accessibility of schools exhibits a spatial characteristic that combines concentrated clusters centered around the township government seats with scattered points.The spatial distribution of accessibility for primary schools is high in the central and southeastern part of the county,low in the northwest part of the county,and the accessibility for junior middle schools is relatively balanced and polycentric.The spatial allocation of compulsory education resources in rural areas of the county is seriously unbalanced.The allocation of primary school resources is better than that of junior middle school,and the central and southeastern regions of the county are higher than that of the northwest.The balance increases with the increase of travel time,and the spatial pattern of the balance of primary school resources changes from multi-center mode to single-center mode,while the balance of junior middle school resources maintains a multi-center spatial distribution.
