摘要
为筛选适用于液体发酵的高活性菌株。通过观察5个菌株菌落形态,比较5个菌株菌丝体的收率及腺苷、甘露醇、总氨基酸和粗多糖含量。结果发现:T_(1)菌株菌丝体收率和甘露醇含量最高,T_(5)菌株腺苷、总氨基酸和粗多糖含量最高。灰色关联度法分析表明,T_(5)菌株综合表现最优,可作为发酵优选菌株。
To screen highly active strains suitable for liquid fermentation of Hirsutella hepiali.By observing the morphology,and comparing the mycelia yield,adenosine,mannitol,total amino acids,and crude polysaccharide content of 5 strains.The results showed that the mycelia yield and mannitol content were the highest in T_(1) strain,and the content of adenosine,total amino acid and crude polysaccharide were the highest in T_(5) strain.The gray correlation analysis showed that T_(5) strain had the best comprehensive characters and could be used as the optimal strain for fermentation.
