考虑主动辅助避震系统的推杆式悬架设计研究

摘要 通过设计避震器纵置式推杆悬架模型,采用悬架传力模型精确计算出悬架刚度及匹配阻尼特性;整车稳定性工况计算表明:使用纵置避震器弹簧推杆悬架结构的FSAE整车存在严重侧滑与摆尾问题,针对此问题提出一种在旋转支架摆臂反方向增加主动辅助避震器系统的设计思路、模型结构及双模糊控制算法,此设计的原理是通过抑制旋转支架摆臂的运动范围进而改变车身的振动特性,同时辅助避震器系统设计还可起到横向稳定杆的作用;均方根值显示:车身俯仰角加速度性能提升89.3%,侧倾角加速度性能提升79.3%,横摆角加速度性能提升12.1%,垂向加速度性能提升50.8%。 By establishing the push-rod suspension model of the vertical shock absorber,the suspension stiffness and matching damping characteristics are calculated accurately by the suspension force transmission model.The calculation of the stability of the whole vehicle shows that the FSAE racing car has serious sideslip and tail swing problems using the push-rod suspension structure of the longitudinal suspension spring.Aiming at this problem,a design idea,model structure and double fuzzy control algorithm for adding an active auxiliary shock absorber system in the opposite direction of the swing arm of the rotating support are proposed.The design is to change the vibration characteristics of the body by inhibiting the motion range of the swing arm,and the play a important role in lateral stability.Results showed that the acceleration performance of vehicle body pitching angle was improved by 89.3%,the acceleration performance of lateral inclination Angle was improved by 79.3%,the acceleration performance of yaw Angle was improved by 12.1%,and the acceleration performance of vertical acceleration was improved by 50.8%.
