摘要
为了研究了解国内外油气输送管道用钢管标准发展现状,本文介绍了ISO 3183和API 5L、CSA Z245.1、IOGP S-616等国外先进标准概况,国内新版GB/T 9711修订变化情况,介绍目前国内油气输送管道用钢管产品质量控制标准模式,还对比分析了CSA Z245.1、IOGP S-616和GB/T 9711标准相关指标差异。研究表明:国外钢管标准发展较快,多建立在对API 5L或ISO 3183等为基础标准的补充要求之上,IOGP S-616内容详细,指标严格,CSA Z245.1具备自身特点,我国已形成基础标准加多重补充技术要求的标准模式。
In order to study and understand the development status of standards on steel pipe for oil and gas transmission pipelines at home and abroad,this paper introduces the general situation of ISO 3183 and API 5L,CSA Z245.1,IOGP S-616 and other foreign advanced standards,and the changes of the revised GB/T 9711 in China.It introduces the mode of quality control standards of steel pipe for oil and gas pipeline in China,and compares and analyzes the differences of related indexes in CSA Z245.1,IOGP S-616 and GB/T 9711.The research shows that foreign steel pipe standards develop rapidly,mostly based on the supplementary requirements of API 5L,ISO 3183 and other standards as basic standards,IOGP S-616 has detailed content and strict indicators,and CSA Z245.1 has its own characteristics.China has formed a standard mode of basic standard plus multiple supplementary technical requirements.
