摘要
该文基于我国2013—2023年之间发生的72起网红景点安全事故的统计分析,探讨了网红景点安全事故的发生规律和致灾要素特征,并根据安全事故主要致灾要素建立了网红景点安全风险评价指标体系,体系包括景点安全管理、设施设备、游客行为、环境安全、安全监控和预警等5个一级指标,并细分了安全管理制度、安全教育培训等18个二级指标;通过专家打分,运用层次分析法(AHP)计算出各层级指标因子权重,依据权重大小对致灾要素进行排序;最后,根据致灾要素的重要程度提出网红景点安全风险管理策略和建议,预防和减少安全事故的发生。
Based on the statistical analysis of 72 safety accidents at Internet-famous scenic spots in China from 2013 to 2023,the patterns and characteristics of these accidents,as well as the critical factors leading to di⁃sasters are discussed.According to the main contributing factors to these safety accidents a safety risk assessment index system for Internet-famous scenic spots is established.This system consists of five primary indicators:safety management,facilities and equipment,visitor behavior,environmental safety,and safety monitoring and early warning.Furthermore,it is divided into 18 secondary indicators,including safety management systems,safety education and training,and so on;By using expert ratings and applying the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),the index factor weights of each hierarchical level is calculated,and based on these weights,the causal factors are ranked in order of their importance;Finally,based on the importance of disaster-causing factors,safety risk management strategies and suggestions for popular tourist attractions to prevent and reduce the occurrence of safety accidents are proposed.
