摘要
钛合金油管应用广泛,但一直存在腐蚀问题.概述了钛合金油管腐蚀与防护的研究现状,包括钛合金油管的特性和应用,钛合金油管的腐蚀机制,钛合金油管腐蚀状况的评估方法(质量测定、厚度测定、粗糙度检测、视觉检查、黏度测定、耐磨性测试、形变测试等)和防止钛合金油管腐蚀的措施(使用防腐蚀材料、清除剂和缓蚀剂等).
Titanium alloy oil pipes are widely used,however,their corrosion has always been a problem.Current status of research on corrosion and protection of titanium alloy oil pipeline,among which are:the characteristics and applications of titanium alloy oil pipeline,the mechanism whereby titanium alloy oil pipeline is corroded,the methods estimating corrosion regime of titanium alloy oil pipeline(including mass measurement,thickness measurement,roughness testing,visual inspection,viscosity measurement,wear resistance testing,deformation testing,etc.),and the safeguards against corrosion of titanium alloy oil pipeline(including the uses of anticorrosive materials,scavengers,inhibitors),were summarized.
