汽车发动机故障检测与维修技术要点分析

摘要 随着科学技术的发展,当今汽车已经成为了集网络控制技术、光纤传导技术、数字通讯技术、液力伺服传动技术等先进技术为一体的高科技产物,汽车发动机是汽车的核心部件,是汽车的动力来源,发动机的运行状态直接关系着整车性能,各种新技术的应用使得汽车发动机结构日趋复杂,给汽车发动机故障检测与维修提出了新的要求。本文从发动机结构入手,对发动机的常见故障及故障检测与维修方法进行分析与汇总,并对汽车发动机故障检测与维修技术未来的发展方向进行了分析,希望可以提高汽车发动机故障检测与维修效率,为中国汽车产业稳定发展保驾护航。 With the development of science and technology,today's automobiles have become high-tech products that integrate advanced technologies such as network control technology,fiber optic transmission technology,digital communication technology,hydraulic servo transmission technology,etc.The automotive engine is the core component of automobiles and the power source of automobiles.The operating status of the engine directly affects the overall performance of the vehicle.The application of various new technologies has made the structure of automotive engines increasingly complex,posing new requirements for engine fault detection and maintenance.This article starts from the structure of the engine,analyzes and summarizes the common faults and fault detection and maintenance methods of the engine,and analyzes the future development direction of automotive engine fault detection and maintenance technology.It is hoped that this can improve the efficiency of automotive engine fault detection and maintenance,and provide support for the stable development of China's automotive industry.
