摘要
探究安宁疗护在终末期乳腺癌患者护理中的效果.选取2021年2月-2023年6月收治的86例终末期乳腺癌患者为研究对象,经随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组两组,每组各43例.对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施安宁疗护.结果显示,干预4周后,两组患者心理应激反应评分明显下降,且观察组心理应激反应评分低于对照组(P<0.05);干预4周后,两组患者生活质量评分明显升高,且观察组生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);干预4周后,两组患者自我感受负担评分明显下降,且观察组自我感受负担评分低于对照组(P<0.05);干预4周后,两组患者癌因性疲乏评分明显下降,且观察组癌因性疲乏评分低于对照组(P<0.05).研究发现,对终末期乳腺癌患者实施安宁疗护,可减轻其心理应激反应,提高患者的生活质量,降低患者自我感受负担与癌因性疲乏程度,应用价值显著.
To explore the application and influence of hospice care in the nursing of patients with terminal breast cancer.86 patients with end-stage breast cancer admitted from February 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 43 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received palliative care.The results showed that after 4 weeks of intervention,the psychological stress response scores of the two groups of patients significantly decreased,and the psychological stress response scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);After 4 weeks of intervention,the quality of life scores of the two groups of patients significantly increased,and the quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);After 4 weeks of intervention,the self-perceived burden scores of the two groups of patients significantly decreased,and the self-perceived burden scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);After 4 weeks of intervention,the cancer-related fatigue scores of the two groups of patients significantly decreased,and the cancer-related fatigue scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The study found that the implementation of hospice care for end-stage breast cancer patients can reduce their psychological stress reaction,improve the quality of life of patients,reduce patients’self-perceived burden and cancer-related fatigue,and has significant application value.
