摘要
探究输尿管软镜与输尿管硬镜下钬激光碎石术治疗老年输尿管上段结石的效果.以贵州省疾病预防控制中心于2021年1月-2021年11月收治的82例存在输尿管上段结石的老年患者为研究对象,采用随机抽签法将其分为对照组、试验组两组,每组各41例.对照组使用输尿管硬镜,试验组使用输尿管软镜,对比两组患者围术期指标、治疗效果、并发症发生情况.结果显示,试验组各围术期指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组结石一次性清除率高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组二次清石率和疾病复发率低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组并发症总发生率为7.32%(3/41),对照组并发症总发生率为24.39%(10/41),试验组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).研究发现,钬激光碎石术治疗存在输尿管上段结石的老年患者,采取输尿管软镜干预更具优势,安全系数更高,具有推广价值.
Exploring the effectiveness of holmium laser lithotripsy under flexible ureteroscopy and rigid ureteroscopy in the treatment of elderly upper ureteral stones.82 elderly patients with upper ureteral stones admitted to the Guizhou Center for Disease Control and Prevention from January 2021 to November 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 41 cases in each group,using a random drawing method.The control group used ureteroscopy,while the experimental group used ureteroscopy.The perioperative indicators,treatment effects,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups of patients.The results showed that the perioperative indicators of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);The one-time clearance rate of stones in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The second stone clearance rate and disease recurrence rate in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was 7.32%(3/41),while in the control group it was 24.39%(10/41).The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that holmium laser lithotripsy for the treatment of elderly patients with upper ureteral stones has more advantages in using ureteroscopy intervention,higher safety factors,and has promotional value.
