摘要
河道治理是根据保护对象和范围,对下游河道范围进行防洪、排涝、灌溉、供水、景观等功能建设,以打造生态河道,从而满足人类日益增长的水利基本需求,营造适宜的生物群落。为有效地改善当地的生态环境,提高河道排洪能力以及抵御洪涝灾害的能力,根据工程概况对主要问题进行了分析,采用河道清淤和生态护防措施对河床进行疏浚,并充分利用生态工程、生态绿化措施对河岸进行加固,增加生态河岸的观赏性,防洪减灾能力大幅提升,周边生态环境质量明显改善,从根本上解决流域内的灾害隐患,可以实现长治久安,对促进当地经济发展具有重大意义。
River management is the construction of flood control,drainage,irrigation,water supply,landscape and other functions for downstream river channels based on the protected objects and scope,in order to create ecological rivers,meet the growing basic water conservancy needs of humans,and create suitable biological communities.In order to effectively improve the local ecological environment,enhance the flood discharge capacity of rivers,and resist flood disasters,the article analyzes the main problems based on the engineering overview.It adopts river dredging and ecological protection measures to dredge the riverbed,and fully utilizes ecological engineering and greening measures to reinforce the riverbank.It has increased the ornamental value of the ecological riverbank,greatly improved flood control and disaster reduction capabilities,and significantly improved the quality of the surrounding ecological environment.Fundamentally solving the hidden dangers of disasters in the watershed can achieve long-term stability and is of great significance for promoting local economic development.
