摘要
“有诸形于内,必形于外。”人体内部的变化必然在外部有其表现。而中医学强调人体是统一的整体,五脏六腑是人体生命活动的中心。脏腑、气血、经络三者的生理功能协调平衡是身体健康的基本。皮肤作为人体最大、最外层的器官,其健康与否理应与五脏六腑息息相关。以此原理,基于五脏相关学说,本文阐述皮肤病的病因病机,探讨针灸治疗皮肤病的取穴思路,并附病案一篇,旨在为针灸治疗皮肤疾病提供新的治疗方向。
"Whatever is formed inside,will be formed outside."Changes in the internal organs of the human body will inevitably have external manifestations.Traditional Chinese medicine emphasizes that the human body is a unified whole,and the five organs and six viscera are the center of human life activities.The physiological function coordination and balance of viscera,qi and blood,and meridians are the basic of physical health.As the largest and outermost organ of the human body,the health or not of the skin should be closely related to the five organs and six viscera.Based on this principle and the five viscera correlation theory,this paper elaborates on the etiology and pathogenesis of skin diseases,explores the thinking of acupoints selection of acupuncture treatment for skin diseases.At the same time,a medical case is attached to provide a new treatment idea for acupuncture treatment for skin diseases.
