摘要
建设一支高水平“双创”指导教师队伍,是促进办学水平提升、激活内在创新动力的关键所在。聚焦于教师能力素质、教育氛围营造和管理机制体制三个方面开展深入研究,并针对性提出建议,坚持“以能为基”稳步提升“双创”指导教师综合素质,坚持“以数为核”全面打造优质教学空间,坚持“以制为纽”充分激发“双创”指导教师内在活力,全面提升技工院校“双创”指导教师队伍能力,实现资源有效整合利用,促进技工院校创新创业工作高质量发展,为打造优质技工队伍、实现产业振兴奠定坚实基础。
Building a high-level"innovation and entrepreneurship"instructor team is the key to promote the improvement of school level and activate the internal innovation power.The research focuses on the three aspects of teachers'ability and quality,education atmosphere construction and management mechanism and system to carry out in-depth research,and put forward targeted suggestions,adhere to"ability as the basis"to steadily improve the comprehensive quality of"innovation and entrepreneurship"instructors,"digital technology as the core"to create a high-quality teaching space atmosphere,"system as the link"to fully stimulate the internal vitality of"innovation and entrepreneurship"instructors.We should comprehensively enhance the capacity of"innovation and entrepreneurship"instructors in technical colleges,realize the effective integration and utilization of resources,promote the highquality development of"innovation and entrepreneurship"in technical colleges,and lay a solid foundation for building a high-quality technical team and realizing industrial revitalization.
