摘要
数字人才是具有信息通信技术相关数字技能,并能将信息技术专业技能与其他传统岗位互补协同的复合型跨界人才。根据企业数字化转型的实际需求,数字人才可分为数字领军人才、数字管理人才、数字应用人才和数字技术人才四类,其胜任力模型为“井”型,涵盖人岗基本特征、个人特质与素养、业务知识与技能、数字知识与技能四个维度。当前,数字人才培养存在教学理念更新不及时、学科体系与数字经济需求失匹配、师资队伍待提升和产教融合有待加强等方面问题,从创新教育教学理念、优化学科布局结构、重塑人才培养模式、提升教师数字教研能力和搭建校企协同育人机制等方面提出数字人才培养路径体系。
Digital talents refer to the composite and cross-boundary talents who possess digital skills related to information and communication technologies and are able to integrate and coordinate information technology professional skills with other traditional positions.Based on the practical needs of enterprise digital transformation,digital talents can be divided into four categories:digital leadership talents,digital management talents,digital application talents,and digital technology talents,whose competence model is“pound key-shaped”,covering four dimensions:basic characteristics of the job and person,personal traits and qualities,business knowledge and skills,and digital knowledge and skills.Currently,there are several issues in digital talent cultivation,including the delay in updating teaching concepts,the mismatch between the discipline system and the needs of the digital economy,the need for improvement of faculty,and the demand for strengthening industry-education integration.This paper proposes a path system for digital talent cultivation from the perspectives of innovating educational and teaching concepts,optimizing the discipline structure,reshaping talent cultivation models,enhancing teachers’digital teaching and research abilities,and building a collaborative education mechanism between schools and enterprises.
