摘要
分享在临床上对腕管综合征(Carpal tunnel syndrome, CTS)取得较为理想治疗效果的一种治疗方式,以期对临床治疗该疾病提供一些新的思路。回顾性分析1例典型腕管综合征患者的病例,从其临床表现、病因病机、诊治经过、治疗效果等方面出发,并结合相关文献加以讨论,认为黄芪虫藤饮加减对气血瘀滞型腕管综合征有较为良好的治疗效果,临床上有一定的参考意义。
A kind of treatment method that has achieved relatively ideal therapeutic effect in clinical treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome(CTS)was shared,in order to provide some new ideas for clinical treatment of this disease.A case of a typical patient with CTS was retrospectively analyzed.Based on its clinical manifestations,etiology,pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment process,and therapeutic effect,and combined with the review of relevant literature,it was concluded that Huangqi Chongteng drink had relatively good therapeutic effect on CTS of qi and blood stasis,and had certain clinical reference significance.
