矿山机电一体化设备检验检测技术研究

摘要 为提升矿山机电设备检验检测水平,确保能够安全开发、高效利用矿山资源,基于矿山机电一体化设备检测价值,剖析当前常用矿山设备检验检测技术,总结设备故障的相关影响因素,提出矿山机电一体化设备检验检测详细流程。研究发现,在设备检验检测中应用智能故障检测技术,有助于提升矿山机电一体化设备检测率,有效规避由于故障诊断误差大、检测不及时等引发的矿山资源开采损失,实现机电设备维护水平的提升,为安全开发出更多的矿山资源提供重要保障。 In order to improve the inspection and testing level of mining electromechanical equipment,ensure the safe development and efficient utilization of mining resources,based on the value of mining electromechanical integration equipment testing,this paper analyzes the current commonly used mining equipment inspection and testing technologies,summarizes the relevant influencing factors of equipment failures,and proposes a detailed process for mining electromechanical integration equipment inspection and testing.It was found that the application of intelligent fault detection technology in equipment inspection and detection can help improve the detection rate of mining electromechanical integration equipment,effectively avoid mining resource exploitation losses caused by large fault diagnosis errors and untimely detection,and improve the maintenance level of electromechanical equipment,providing important guarantees for the safe development of more mining resources.
