摘要
在现代医疗服务中,信息化建设正逐渐成为推动整体医疗水平提升的关键因素。特别是移动计算的引入,不仅改变了医生和患者获取和交互信息的方式,且有效提高了医疗服务的效率和可及性。基于此,文中着眼于区域医疗信息系统的痛点,设计并实现了一款基于移动计算的解决方案。此外,详细介绍了系统设计的理念、架构和关键技术,以及安全策略的设计和实施。通过该系统,医生能更便捷地处理病历夹信息和处置医嘱,患者也可在移动端轻松访问自己的医疗记录并进行远程咨询,进一步促进了医疗资源的合理化利用和区域医疗信息化的深入发展。
In modern medical services,information construction is gradually becoming a key factor to promote the overall medical level.In particular,the introduction of mobile computing has not only changed the way doctors and patients obtain and interact with information,but also effectively improved the efficiency and accessibility of medical services.In view of this trend,this paper focuses on the pain points of regional medical information systems,and is committed to designing and implementing a solution based on mobile computing.In addition,architecture and key technology of system design,as well as the design and implementation of security policy are introduced in detail.Through this system,doctors can more easily process the information of medical record folder and dispose of medical orders,patients can also easily access their own medical records on the mobile terminal and carry out remote consultation,which further promotes the rational utilization of medical resources and the in-depth development of regional medical information.
