摘要
全面推进高职院校“一站式”学生社区综合管理模式建设,全力筑牢学生社区党建前沿阵地,必须深入开展高职院校党建育人工作。开展党建育人工作有助于高职院校把握育人方向、丰富育人内容。将党建育人融入“一站式”学生社区建设,从目标、价值、实践三方面探析双方联结逻辑,把握建设育人共同体作用机理,进一步提出发挥组织优势、课程共建培育党员、创建党员示范岗、举办多样化教育活动等举措,推进社区党建育人创新模式建构,助力“又红又专”的新时代职业技能人才培养。
To comprehensively promote the construction of“one-stop”student community comprehensive management mode in higher vocational colleges,and to build up the front line of party building in the student community,it is necessary to carry out in-depth party building and educating work in higher vocational colleges.Carrying out party building and educating talents helps higher vocational colleges to grasp the direction of educating students and enrich the content of educating them.By integrating party building and educating talents mode into the“one-stop”student community construction,exploring the logic of linkage between the two sides in terms of goal,value and practice,grasping the mechanism of building a community of educating talents,and further proposing the initiatives of giving full play to the advantages of the organization,educating party members in the course of co-construction,creating demonstration posts for party members,and organizing diversified educational activities,in order to push forward the innovation of party building and educating talents in the community,this helps promote the innovation of community party building and educating talents and help cultivate“red and specialized”vocational skills talents in the new era.
