水蛭及其提取物在糖尿病微血管病变中的应用及研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 糖尿病微血管病变拥有微血管基底膜增厚、微血管瘤形成和微循环障碍等典型临床表现,是最常见的糖尿病并发症之一。该疾病不仅对患者的生活质量造成了恶劣影响,也加重了患者的经济负担,还成为糖尿病患者的主要致死因素。糖尿病微血管病变最常累及肾脏、视网膜,神经系统等部位。水蛭作为具有显著活血祛瘀功效的虫类药,其主要成分水蛭素具有迄今最强的凝血酶抑制作用,可以明显改善微循环,防止血小板聚集并发挥调脂稳斑的作用。在糖尿病血管病变中疗效显著,也为其全面防治提供了参考。本文综述了水蛭及其提取物在糖尿病微血管病变的应用和研究现状,为水蛭及其提取物在相关疾病的进一步研究提供更多提示。 Diabetic microangiopathy possesses typical clinical manifestations such as microvascular basement membrane thickening,microangioma formation,and microcirculation disorders,and is one of the most common diabetic complications.The disease not only adversely affects the quality of life of patients,but also aggravates the economic burden of patients,and has become a major lethal factor for diabetic patients.Diabetic microangiopathy most often attacks the kidneys,retina,and nervous system.Leech,as an insect medicine with significant efficacy in activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,its main component hirudin has the strongest thrombin inhibitor to date,which can significantly improve microcirculation,prevent platelet aggregation and play the role of lipid regulation and stabilization of plaque.The efficacy in diabetic vasculopathy is remarkable and also provides reference for its comprehensive prevention and treatment.In this paper,the application and current research status of leech and its extracts in diabetic microangiopathy are reviewed to provide more hints for further research on leech and its extracts in related diseases.
