摘要
慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者因原发症状、焦虑抑郁等因素常伴有一定程度的失眠症状,导致其病程迁延、生活质量降低。耳穴贴压通过刺激耳廓相应部位沟通脏腑、疏通经络,对治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病失眠效果确切。文章介绍了COPD失眠的病因病机,简述了耳穴贴压疗法的作用机制,回顾并分析了不同耳穴贴压对COPD患者失眠症状的治疗效果,以期为临床护理工作提供切实有效的干预方案。
Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease are often accompanied by a certain degree of insomnia due to primary symptoms,anxiety and depression,resulting in prolonged course of disease and reduced quality of life.Auricular acupoint pressing has a definite effect on the treatment of insomnia in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease by stimulating the corresponding parts of the auricle to communicate with the viscera and dredge the meridians.This paper introduces the etiology and pathogenesis of COPD insomnia,briefly describes the mechanism of auricular point sticking therapy,reviews and analyzes the therapeutic effect of different auricular point sticking on insomnia symptoms in patients with COPD,in order to provide effective intervention for clinical nursing work.
