基于BIM的“四校核三扫描”体系在质子项目中的应用

摘要 山东省肿瘤医院质子临床研究中心工程项目通过创新实践,基于BIM技术的“四校核三扫描”管理体系指导管线安装施工,利用BIM技术对机电模型做精度补充,指导管线安装施工过程,并通过制作校准管与自主研发独立装配式支架等手段解决了设备安装和管线预留精度高的难题,进一步深化了BIM技术的应用。通过探索实践“四校核三扫描”BIM应用体系,促成了足尺试块、装配式支架预制及校准管等创新技术的成功实施,为项目一次成优奠定了技术基础。利用该体系可对项目进行全方位的质量把控,推动机电工程降本增效,也在一定程度上为其他复杂项目的机电安装工程提供实践经验和管理思路。 In the novel practice of the Proton Clinical Research Center Project of Shandong Cancer Hospital,pipeline installation was completed with the BIM-based“four-check three-scan”management system.That is,the BIM technology was applied for higher accuracy of the mechanical and electrical model during pipeline installation.In addition,the calibration tube and independently developed and prefabricated support were applied for accurate equipment installation and reserved pipelines,which further deepens the application of the BIM technology.The exploration of the“four-check three-scan”BIM application system facilitated the successful implementation of innovative technologies such as fullsize test specimens,prefabricated supports and calibration tubes,thereby laying a technological basis for the one-time excellence of the project.This system can be applied for all-around quality control to promote cost reduction and efficiency increase in mechanical and electrical engineering.It also provides some practical experience and management ideas for mechanical and electrical engineering in other complex projects.
