摘要
坚持胸怀天下既是中国共产党百年奋斗的宝贵历史经验,又是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的世界观和方法论的重要内容,中国共产党在理论与实践的双向互动中确证了其胸怀天下的大党风范和为世界谋大同的责任担当。中国共产党坚持胸怀天下彰显了马克思主义“为人类求解放”的理论品格,体现了弘扬全人类共同价值的精神情怀,是对马克思主义世界历史理论的继承与发展;体现了中华优秀传统文化的价值追求,是对中国共产党百年奋斗历史经验和历史智慧的凝练与升华;拓展了中国式现代化的世界意义,推动构建人类命运共同体,为回应“世界怎么了、我们怎么办”的时代之问、世界之问,贡献了中国智慧,提出了中国方案;推动共建“一带一路”,践行共商共建共享的全球治理观,共谋全球生态文明发展之策,为建设更加美好的世界注入了中国力量。总之,中国共产党坚持胸怀天下具有重要的理论价值、历史价值、时代价值、实践价值。
Maintaining a global vision is not only a valuable historical experience of the centennial struggle of the Communist Party of China,but also an important part of the world outlook and methodology of the Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.Through the two-way interaction between theory and practice,the Communist Party of China has confirmed its grand party style with a global vision and its original mission of seeking common ground for the world.The Communist Party of China maintains a global vision demonstrating the theoretical character of Marxism“seeking liberation for mankind”.It embodies the spirit of holding humanity’s shared values and is the inheritance and development of Marxist world history theory.Maintaining a global vision not only reflects the value pursuit of excellent traditional Chinese culture,but also condenses and sublimates the historical experience and wisdom of the Communist Party of China in its century-long struggle.Besides,it expands the global significance of the Chinese path to modernization and promotes the development of a global community of shared future;these actions have provided humanity with more Chinese insight,better Chinese input to keep responding to the questions of“What’s wrong with the world and what should we do?”posed by the times and by the world.In addition,it promotes the development of“the Belt and Road Initiative”,pursues a vision of global governance featuring shared growth through discussion and collaboration,seeks strategies for the development of global ecological civilization and these actions provide humanity with greater Chinese strength to build a better word.As a result,the Communist Party of China maintains a global vision with important theoretical value,historical value,times value and practical value.
