摘要
目的探讨中医治疗类风湿关节炎的临床疗效。方法选取医院2021年5月至2022年3月收治的类风湿关节炎患者80例,通过随机抽签方式分为观察组和对照组,各40例。两组患者均予常规西医治疗,观察组加用薏苡仁汤加减和中医针灸治疗。结果观察组关节肿胀、关节功能障碍、20 m行走时间评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为20.00%,显著高于对照组的5.00%(P<0.05)。观察组视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分为(2.01±0.45)分,显著低于对照组的(2.78±1.01)分(P<0.05)。观察组患者生活质量评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医治疗类风湿关节炎,可缓解患者的关节肿胀,减轻疼痛程度,改善关节功能及行走受限等临床症状。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods A total of 80 patients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted to the hospital from May 2021 to March 2022 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random drawing method,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with conventional western medicine,on this basis,the observation group was treated with modified Yiyiren Decoction and traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture.Results The scores of joint swelling,joint dysfunction,and 20-meter walking time in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 20.00%,which was significantly higher than 5.00% in the control group(P<0.05).The Visual Analog Scale(VAS)score in the observation group was(2.01±0.45)points,which was significantly lower than(2.78±1.01)points in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine treatment for rheumatoid arthritis can alleviate joint swelling,alleviate pain,improve joint function and clinical symptoms such as limited walking.
