摘要
某公司回转窑烟气采用“SNCR脱硝+催化布袋除尘脱硝一体化技术”进行脱硝,尾气引入矿渣立磨进行余热利用。脱硝设施每日消耗15 t除盐水,除盐水的消耗量极大。基于此,开展了降低回转窑脱硝除盐水用量的研究,通过要因分析,得出影响回转窑脱硝除盐水用量的主要影响因素为回转窑工况不稳定、脱硝系统配比不合理两个方面。通过升级应用五通道燃烧器、调整回转窑窑尾除尘器卸灰方式以及调整脱硝系统除盐水与氨水配比,除盐水消耗量从24.8 kg/t降低至13.5 kg/t,经济效益显著。
A certain company adopts the integrated technology of SNCR denitrification+catalytic bag dust removal and denitrification for the flue gas of the rotary kiln,and the tail gas is introduced into the slag vertical mill for waste heat utilization.The denitrification facility consumes 15 tons of desalinated water per day,and the consumption of desalinated water is extremely high.Based on this,a study was conducted to reduce the amount of denitrification and desalination water used in rotary kilns.Through factor analysis,it was found that the main influencing factors on the amount of denitrification and desalination water used in rotary kilns are the unstable working conditions of rotary kilns and the unreasonable ratio of denitrification systems.By upgrading the application of five channel burners,adjusting the dust removal method of the rotary kiln tail dust collector,and adjusting the ratio of desalinated water and ammonia in the denitrification system,the consumption of desalinated water has been reduced from 24.8 kg/t to 13.5 kg/t,resulting in significant economic benefits.
