工商制冷空调用换热器技术现状与发展趋势 被引量:2

Technical status and development trend of heat exchanger for industrial and commercial refrigeration and air conditioning

摘要 为了进一步促进我国工商制冷空调用换热器性能和可靠性的发展,以及制冷剂替代的研究,基于对我国工商制冷空调用换热器的调研,深入分析了换热器(管壳式换热器、板式换热器、翅片管式换热器、套管式换热器、微通道换热器等)的技术现状,并对其技术发展趋势进行展望;指出了目前我国工商制冷空调用换热器在强化换热技术、加工制造工艺等方面取得的进步,但随着应用市场的需求多样化,对换热器提出了更高的技术要求,今后换热器研发应从节材、新型制冷剂研发、加工制造智能化等方面着手,以提高换热器传热效率并节约材料成本,适应制冷剂替代的行业发展趋势。 In order to further promote the development of performance and reliability of heat exchangers for industrial and commercial refrigeration and air conditioning in China,as well as research on refrigerant substitution,based on the investigation of heat exchangers for industrial and commercial refrigeration and air conditioning,the technical status of shell-and-tube heat exchangers,plate heat exchangers,finned tube heat exchangers,concentric tube heat exchangers and micro-channel heat exchangers were described.At present,China’s heat exchangers for industrial and commercial refrigeration and air conditioning have made great progress in enhanced heat exchange technology,processing and manufacturing technology,however,with the diversification of demands in the application market,higher technical requirements have been proposed for heat exchangers.In the future,the research and development of heat exchangers should start from aspects such as material conservation,research and development of new refrigerants,and intelligent processing and manufacturing,in order to improve the heat transfer efficiency of heat exchangers and save material costs,and adapt to the development trend of refrigerant substitution in the industry.
