摘要
朔煤王坪煤业矿井属于含瓦斯矿井,其4301工作面采用“风排”方式治理瓦斯,通风系统为“两进两回”型。在实际作业中发现:回采期间仍然存在瓦斯浓度超限问题,且通风系统管理维护难度大,影响回采作业的高效进行。基于以上问题并结合工作面实际情况,提出了风排与抽采协同治理的方案,并将通风系统调整为“两进一回”型。通过理论计算工作面瓦斯涌出情况、模拟分析采空区瓦斯运移规律,有针对性地完成了协同治理方案的设计,并进行实际应用。结果表明,采用“两进一回”型通风系统与高抽巷抽采协同治理方案后,工作面通风系统配风量有所减少,但工作面瓦斯得到了充分治理,同时降低了工作面巷道的维护难度。
Shuomei Wangping Coal Mine is a gas-containing mine shaft,its 4301 working face adopts the“air exhaust”method to control gas,and the ventilation system is a“two into two back”type.In the actual operation,it was found that there were still problems of gas concentration exceeding the limit during mining,and the management and maintenance of the ventilation system was difficult,which affected the efficient implementation of mining operations.Based on the above problems and combined with the actual situation of the working face,a scheme of synergistic governance of air exhaust and extraction was proposed,and the ventilation system was adjusted to the“two-in-one”type.Through the theoretical calculation of gas emission in the working face and the simulation analysis of the law of gas migration in the goaf,the synergistic governance scheme was designed and applied in practice.The results show that after the synergistic governance scheme of“two-in-one”ventilation system and high pumping roadway is adopted,the air distribution volume of the working face ventilation system is reduced,but the gas of the working face is fully controlled,and the maintenance difficulty of the working face roadway is reduced.
